Focus On: Mack Electric LR [Video]

Early in 2020, Mack Trucks handed the keys to its first fully electric refuse truck to the New York City Department of Sanitation. The LR Electric is North America's first full-size electric refuse collection truck, and DSNY will put the truck through its paces in field trials expected to last about a year. In this video, Equipment Editor Jim Park gives us a tour of the truck and even a few early driving impressions.
