CNG Cylinders International has received Canadian CRN approval for its Type 3 CNG Cylinder technology in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.

The company will be able to increase its market penetration into the Canadian market which it says will help it serve customers in the area better. CNGci is the sole producer of large diameter Type 3 cylinders in the world, according to the company.
The cylinders are designed for better heat dissipation with an aluminum liner that allows for more gas and more usable DGE in the cylinder under fast-fill conditions.
