Brand Realignment

The OE original service parts brand supports the core products for SAF, Holland, and Haldex.

The Midland brand, acquired by Haldex in 1998, and its all-makes value brand represents a wide-ranging product offering, all tested for compliance with Haldex quality standards.

In addition, SAF-Holland announces the rebranding of its remanufactured brand as Haldex Rreman. This new line replaces the former Like-Nu brand.

The Haldex brand is globally known, the company noted, assuring the industry that its remanufactured product line carries the same quality and reliability reputation for meeting the customer’s expectations.

New Life for Returned Parts

The remanufacturing process breathes new life into returned cores, making sure Haldex Reman parts work like new throughout the lifecycle of the equipment.

The product line includes air compressors, ABS valves, air dryers, air system/brake valves, compressors, power steering units, and water pumps.

“Haldex is expanding its remanufactured product portfolio to respond to the rising demands in this segment as the number of older vehicles in the market increase,” said Brent Dinger, reman product manager. “We are now dedicating the Marion, N.C. facility solely to Haldex Reman products, and have streamlined operations to allow for further expansion of focused OEM product lines.”

End of original life components are remanufactured through state-of-the-art procedures and tested and certified to like new quality, according to the company.

Haldex remanufacturing maintains consistent processes within a controlled environment, where they meet original performance specifications.

The environmentally friendly remanufacturing process mirrors the manufacture of new parts with the benefit of reducing GHG emissions and waste while consuming fewer resources.

“I am incredibly proud to be a part of Haldex Reman,” added Nathan Duncan, Haldex remanufacturing operations director. “Our unwavering commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the remanufacturing industry. The dedication and expertise of my colleagues inspire me as we strive daily to maintain our winning edge in the field.”
