TravelCenters of America has opened a newly built TA Truck Service facility located at I-40, Exit 283 in Holbrook, Ariz. It offers four service bays, and is open 24/7/365. The addition of this location takes the total number of truck service facilities in the TA and Petro branded chains to 236.
The TA and Petro Service Network provides light duty repair, brakes, electrical, alignment, air conditioning, preventive maintenance, inspections and RoadSquad emergency road call services. All TA Truck Service and Petro:Lube service centers now carry full lines of tires from Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental, and Samson.
“We continue to add truck service facilities at our locations in order to provide a more complete full-service offering across our network,” says Tom O’Brien, President and CEO of TravelCenters. “TA Holbrook takes the number of TA and Petro Truck Service facilities on I-40 in Arizona to three, and positions a service center on a long span of highway where there previously were none,” he added.
Later this year, the Holbrook truck service facility will offer Freightliner ServicePoint, an authorized express service and light-duty repair program available exclusively at TA and Petro truck service centers in cooperation with Daimler Trucks North America. Freightliner ServicePoint is a key referral point for Freightliner emergency and roadside repairs.
The new truck service facility has been built to include generator power in case of an electrical outage. A large, indoor waiting area with a TV is available for drivers who are waiting on repairs or maintenance, and an outdoor patio and seating area is being designes.
