Distribution And Inventory Strategy

Phillips said the facility is part of a longer-term plan to centralize North American distribution and reduce variability in delivery timelines.

Inventory at the facility is managed through the company’s enterprise resource planning system using a dynamic stocking strategy based on market conditions and customer needs. Phillips said the facility is designed to deliver stocked items within five business days.

“It’s all about shrinking the time from order to receipt,” said Rob Phillips, CEO of Phillips Industries. “Our customers work hard to manage their cash. By helping them place smaller orders and receive parts just a few days later, we’re making it easier than ever to do business with Phillips.”

HDAW Booth Details

Phillips Industries will highlight products at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week, Jan. 20-23 in Grapevine, Texas. Phillips will be at booth No. 623.
