Each Rig360 Service Center is a one-stop shop with "360-degree service" for all brands of engines and trucks. The technicians at Rig360 can service any make and model truck on the road today, according to the company.

“Vertical integration has put a strain on the truck manufacturers’ dealer networks,” said Jon Robinson, Rig360 board chairman. “Fleets are looking for other quality options that can get their trucks off the lot and back on the road.”

The initial Rig360 network includes 65 locations and more than 450 service bays across 12 states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and West Virginia.

“Each of our companies is well known for supporting Cat Truck engines, but we’ve also been working other engine brands and complete vehicles for years,” said Eric Arnold, Rig360 board vice chairman. “Organizing together under the Rig360 banner allows us to better communicate with and support the trucking industry. We’re able to deliver customers a consistent seamless experience across the network and at any location.”
