Fullbay is launching an integration with Whip Around, a fleet management software platform. The partnership is aimed at better meeting the needs of both independent repair shops and fleets with an internal maintenance team, the companies said.

This new solution easily syncs data between the shops’ fleet management software and the Fullbay platform.

The new integration streamlines the transfer of fleet DVIR (driver vehicle inspection report) defect data between the fleet and the shop. With that data, the system can then automatically create service requests.

This process saves time for fleet managers and shop employees, reducing manual entry and ensuring faster and more accurate repairs, according to the companies.

Faster, More Accurate Repairs

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Whip Around and to expand our expertise within the fleet management system (FMS) space,” said Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. “The opportunities and advantages that this partnership brings for commercial repair shops are huge. We’re excited to help you elevate shop services and, ultimately, keeping fleets safer and road-ready. By minimizing downtime in the shop, the integration improves efficiency and productivity, maximizes fleet uptime, reduces costs, and most importantly, creates safer roads for us all.”

The Whip Around software integration is available for customers with a Fullbay Connect Pro or Elite subscription.
