Dupré Logistics LLC, a North American transportation and logistics provider, and international logistics provider Hoyer Group announced a joint venture to create Hoyer Bulk LLC.
The joint venture is designed to offer a seamless solution for both international and domestic supply chain needs in North America, for increased efficiency, productivity, and transparency throughout the supply chain.
Dupré Logistics will hold a 51% share with Hoyer Group holding 49%. Hoyer Bulk LLC will be headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Dupré is a privately held, asset-based provider of transportation and logistics services that include energy and chemical transport, dedicated truck transportation, site logistics, and freight brokerage.
