FleetME, new from Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions, helps fleets manage their maintenance needs holistically, according to the company.
FleetME helps identify needed upkeep, sends alerts, and recommends dynamic maintenance and repair scheduling based on the unique needs of the fleet.
Connecting All the Dots
This helps simplify maintenance by connecting vehicle data, diagnostics, OEM maintenance schedules and repair guidance, parts and more, in a unified asset management platform.
“FleetME empowers fleets with the intel they need to help reduce repair costs and unproductive downtime,” said Luke Hugel, president, Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions North America.
“By helping to minimize maintenance-based disruptions and keep trucks on the road, FleetME can support improved uptime, robust warranty claim enablement, and streamlined maintenance workflows.”
FleetME leverages live vehicle data and advanced analytics for predictive maintenance and proactive issue identification.
From there, Bosch said, the solution provides alerts, best repair practices, and optimal service schedules.
This helps keep vehicles on the road, increases warranty claim opportunities and improves access to repair parts and service availability.
A Single Interface
The FleetME platform features a single interface that presents information responsively across multiple maintenance operations.
It streamlines and integrates various data sources while enhancing and synthesizing data to support improved decision-making.
With real-time event-driven computing and an AI analytics pipeline, the platform supports scalable analytics and custom workflow integration, including work order management, in-house and third-party repair scheduling.
At the heart of FleetME is a Maintenance Management Ecosystem. Bosch said the system is designed to help fleets across various industries manage their maintenance needs.
This comprehensive approach integrates telematics, diagnostics fault codes, maintenance workflows, aftermarket parts and vehicle repair into a single, cohesive solution.
The holistic approach helps to simplify maintenance processes and supports fleets in making informed decisions based on real-time data, ultimately helping lead to improved uptime and better warranty management.
Logistics Operating System
FleetME is the latest Bosch solution to launch on the company’s Logistics Operating System. The company said the system aims to simplify technology and operational processes in the transportation and logistics industry.
It is open for continuous optimization of cloud costs and even the co-creation and co-selling of digital solutions.
Since its debut, more than 100 solutions have been integrated into the platform globally, including 24 in the U.S.
“L.OS solves our customers’ critical pain points to help reduce costs, optimize operations, drive profitability through industry proven solutions,” said Hugel. “By adding FleetME to the L.OS platform, fleets are able to get a holistic view of maintenance alongside other key processes for their business.”
