Darrell Green Implements TruckMate on “FastTrack”
Darrell Green Trucking Inc., Tulare, Ca., a specialized bulk transport fleet has implemented TruckMate for Windows enterprise software using the FastTrack software training and implementation program

TruckMate and FastTrack are provided by Maddocks Systems, Inc. of Langley, British Columbia, Canada.
According to Maddocks, FastTrack enabled Darrell Green Trucking to complete implementation of TruckMate over a two-week period.
Darrell Green Trucking Inc. is a family operated company and currently operates 90 power units that provide bulk-hauling services throughout the Southwestern U.S. Darrell Green Trucking focuses on enhanced customer service and the ability to handle unique bulk shipments.
“Heading into this project I was expecting the move to new software to be very time consuming and I was unsure of how long it would take to go ‘Live’ on the new system;” explained Darrell Green, of Darrell Green Trucking Inc. “But after two weeks of training and work with the Maddocks team we are now successfully using TruckMate in our day-to-day operation. I expect to see an immediate improvement in the flow of information between the operation and accounting side of our business.”
The Maddocks FastTrack Program was developed to streamline the training and implementation process for TruckMate for Windows. A Maddocks trainer is assigned to the fleet to create a training plan, deal with hardware issues, and handle technical questions prior to any time spent onsite. Fleets can focus on software training and are provided access to daily online training courses, as well as an extensive library of recorded training videos.
