Ryder System recently announced the expansion of the Ryder Customer Response Center into Canada.

The RCRC program now provides emergency roadside assistance to Ryder’s customers throughout the United States and Canada 24 hours a day, 365 days using a communications network linked to nearly 11,000 vehicle service locations.
Based in Winchester, Ky., the RCRC has been operated by WorldCom since it opened on May 1, 1998, and has served more than 140,000 drivers to date, with the average time from report of a breakdown to repair work being completed being just over two hours.
