A federal judge in Miami has ordered Donald C. Kelley, a former Ryder Truck Rental vice president, and his new company, Kelley Fleet Services, to stop soliciting Ryder customers, recruiting Ryder's employees and utilizing Ryder's proprietary information.
Kelley and the company were also required to pay Ryder an undisclosed amount of money and refrain from disparaging Ryder. The order is the result of a lawsuit filed by Ryder System and Ryder Truck Rental.
