With all the information – and misinformation – coming out concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, HDT is offering a webinar that will delve into what trucking fleets should know during this global crisis.

In “What Fleets Need to Know Now About the COVID-19 Crisis,” Monday, March 30, at 2 p.m. EDT, Heavy Duty Trucking’s editors will share what they’ve learned as they’ve been covering the fast-changing conditions, with the help of a panel of experts: Dave Osiecki, president of Scopelitis Transportation and Consulting; Sergio Rojas, director of wellness at Hirschbach; and Jeff Kauffman, managing director at Loop Capital Markets.

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic is having an unprecedented effect on our country, including on the trucking and logistics industry. Trucking and logistics are an essential service to keep medical supplies, groceries, cleaning and sanitizing supplies, and much more moving through the supply chain during this crisis. At the same time, fleets face challenges as they try to keep drivers and other employees safe and healthy, stay compliant with regulations, continue to operate safely and efficiently, and address business and economic hurdles.

Key takeaways will include:

  • The regulatory landscape of COVID-19
  • How fleets can help their drivers during the crisis
  • What to expect with freight and the economy

Sign up today for the free webinar, sponsored by Drivewyze, Hendrickson, Mack, and Verizon Connect.
