According to Jennifer Hedrick, president and CEO of WIT, the annual list supports the organization’s mission to showcase companies that prioritize gender diversity and professional development for women in transportation.

Brian Everett, publisher of Redefining the Road, said the companies selected share several key characteristics: “They foster cultures that support women’s career growth, offer competitive pay and benefits, provide flexibility, and create opportunities for development and advancement.”

The list includes a wide range of organizations, including motor carriers, third-party logistics providers, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Honorees will be recognized at the WIT Accelerate! Conference & Expo, taking place Nov. 9–12 in Dallas, Texas. This year’s program is sponsored by International Motors, formerly Navistar.

Rigorous Selection and Industry Engagement

“Earning a place on this list reflects a company’s ongoing commitment to attracting, retaining, and engaging women as part of its core business strategy,” Everett said. He noted that the qualification process includes an extensive review of nominations followed by an industry-wide vote.

Now in its eighth year, the program drew more than 21,000 votes, underscoring growing industry engagement around diversity and inclusion.
