Yokohama Tire Introduces U.S.-Made 116R Regional All-position Steer Tire
Yokohama’s new 116R all-position steer tire features solid shoulder ribs resist tearing and provide uniform surface pressure to defend against irregular wear.

With high-center ribs and an advanced compound produce rolling resistance so low, the 116R exceeds GHG Phase II MY2027 verification standards.

Yokohama Tire’s new 116R premium regional all-position steer tire is now on sale.
The 116R is “Made in the U.S.A.” at Yokohama’s plant in Columbus, Mississippi. The tire is available in three sizes: 11R22.5, 295/75R22.5 and 11R24.5, and offers a 7-year unlimited retread casing warranty.
“The 116R has fleets covered,” said Tom Clauer, Yokohama’s senior manager of commercial product planning. It’s engineered to bring long tread life and durability to regional fleet operations and superior fuel efficiency for super regional activity.”
