Mitchell 1 announced that its TruckSeries truck repair software has been provided to International Truck dealers to help them work on all makes of trucks.
The software will be an integrated component of Navistar’s EZ-Tech and International Service Portal solution.
The TruckSeries suite of software offers comprehensive information for every stage of the repair process, helping dealers to diagnose, estimate labor times, and repair all makes of trucks brought in for service.
“By making TruckSeries all-makes diagnostic and repair programs easily accessible to International dealers, Navistar has provided them with a valuable set of tools to quickly get just about any truck back on the road,” explained Scott DeGiorgio, general manager of Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group.
Mitchell 1 integrated its RepairConnect diagnostic module with Navistar’s OnCommand Connection to provide access to engine fault code testing and repair procedures for all-makes of Class 4-8 commercial trucks.
The roll-out of TruckSeries to International truck dealers is aimed at improving their ability to offer comprehensive service to any truck operator regardless or make or model. The interface offer access to engine fault code testing and repair procedures, wiring diagrams, digital photos, specifications, component locations, connector views test steps, and removal and installation procedures, to help dealers improve efficiency and repair a wider variety of vehicles.
