TruckPro LLC, a distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer products and advanced repair services, announced it has completed the purchase of CCI Corp., including its network of more than 100 retail stores, service shops and distribution center locations.
The acquisition doubles TruckPro in size and provides an expanded store and service shop footprint in North America, while also strengthening product and advanced service offerings in the gearing and drivetrain categories.
The addition of CCI to the TruckPro family brings the number of retail store and service shop operations across the United State and Canada to 165. All CCI operations, field store and shop personnel will remain with the company.
