Roehl Transport is offering a $10,000 retention incentive to experienced Class A CDL drivers who join the company beginning November 2. The incentive applies to most Roehl fleets and is available to drivers who join through the week of December 14, 2026.
Eligible drivers will receive $500 after hauling their first load, followed by another $500 every 10,000 miles until they reach the $10,000 total. The company said the payment structure is designed to encourage drivers to stay with the fleet.
The Marshfield, Wisconsin-based carrier said it has increased driver pay twice in 2026 and recently raised compensation for owner-operators.
“We recently enhanced our pay package with retention incentives for current drivers because we believe experience, commitment and longevity should be rewarded,” said Tim Norlin, vice president of driver employment for Roehl Transport.
“This new $10,000 retention incentive extends that philosophy to experienced drivers looking for a company that truly invests in their success.”
What Does the Rest of the Driver Compensation Package Include?
Other elements of Roehl’s driver compensation and benefits package include:
- Address-to-address practical route mileage pay.
- A per diem program.
- Free SiriusXM satellite radio.
- A benefits package.
- A driver wellness program.
- Multiple fleet and home-time options.
Roehl offers national, regional, and dedicated positions. According to the company, more than half of its drivers are home at least once a week. It also offers paid CDL training for new drivers and a lease-purchase program for drivers who want to own their own trucking business.
The carrier, which will celebrate 65 years in business in 2027, is a five-time recipient of the American Trucking Associations’ President’s Award for safety.
