Tenstreet has acquired DriverReach, giving it more scale and some software advances to help trucking companies with driver recruiting and compliance management.
The two companies said they will join forces to simplify, accelerate, and scale the capabilities of Tenstreet’s solution for truck driver hiring.
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tenstreet offers a platform that connects motor carriers and truck drivers, making it easier for trucking fleets to fill trucks while staying compliant. It helps for-hire carriers and private fleets with driver marketing, driver recruiting, onboarding, safety, fuel, retention, and efficiency. Since 2006, millions of drivers have also used Tenstreet’s platform to apply for their next job.
DriverReach is a recruiting and compliance management system carriers use to attract, hire, and retain qualified drivers and improve speed-to-hire. A mobile-friendly DOT application feeds directly into a full-service applicant tracking system with email and text functionality, streamlining the process of qualifying drivers.
In addition to the scale of combining the carrier and driver customers of the two companies, Tenstreet will use several advances in DriverReach’s software to enhance its platform’s usability and ease-of-adoption for carriers.
Tenstreet founder and CEO Tim Crawford said the acquisition will greatly enhance the Tenstreet network upon which thousands of carriers and private fleets and millions of drivers depend.
“We've always believed that creating value for carriers and drivers is our main job — and that a key component of how we can do that is with scale,” Crawford said.
DriverReach CEO Brent Dorfman called the acquisition a significant milestone for DriverReach.
“Our aim has been to significantly impact the productivity and success of our users. Through this acquisition, this will only get better.”
