TA Seeks Nominations for Truck Driver Citizenship Award
TravelCenters of America is looking for truck drivers who have positively represented the profession for its annual Citizen Drivers honor.
The Citizen Drivers program honors drivers who have evoked pubic respect for the truck driving profession through good citizenship, safety, community involvement, health and wellness, and leadership.

TravelCenters of America is looking for truck drivers who have positively represented the profession for its annual Citizen Drivers honor.
Nominations are open for the 2019 Citizen Drivers program, launched in 2013 to recognize truck drivers who stand out through good citizenship, safety, community involvement, health and wellness, and leadership.
Anyone can nominate a Citizen Driver, including fleet owners, executives, co-workers, friends, family members, trucking organization members, and trucking industry customers. Nominations will be accepted through September.
The 2019 Citizen Driver honorees will be announced at a special ceremony and join previous Citizen Drivers who have had a TA-Petro site of their choice named after them in their honor.

"We encourage everyone that knows or works with professional drivers to think about who stands out and nominate them. It’s an honor, every year, to get to know the nominees and to read the stories that have made an impact on the people they interact with every day.”
