Wabash Recalls

• Vehicle: 2009-2024 dry van trailers with a rail-style lift gate.

• Potential Units Affected: 3,448.

• Component: Rear impact guard.

• Breakdown: The location of the rear impact guard is too far forward from the rear of the trailer, reducing impact protection.

• Solution: Dealers will add an extension to the rear impact guard.

Paccar Recalls

• Vehicles:

  • 2023-2024 Kenworth T280, T380, T480.

  • 2023-2024 Peterbilt 536, 537, and 548.

• Potential Units Affected: 871.

• Component: Fuel filter hose.

• Breakdown: The remote Stage 2 fuel filter hoses may have been damaged during production, allowing the hoses to leak or disconnect.

• Solution: Replace both hoses.

• Vehicles:

  • 2023 Kenworth K270, K370.

  • 2023 Peterbilt 220.

• Potential Units Affected: 21.

• Component: Driveshaft.

• Breakdown: The driveshafts can break under certain loading conditions.

• Solution: Replace the driveshaft.

Mack Trucks Recalls

• Vehicles:

  • 2024 MD6.

  • 2024 MD7.

• Potential Units Affected: 395.

• Component: Steering gear fasteners.

• Breakdown: The steering gear fasteners may not be properly tightened.

• Solution: Tighten the steering gear fasteners.

• Vehicles:

  • 2015-2023 GU.

  • 2015-2023 GR.

• Potential Units Affected: 27,418.

• Component: Exterior lighting.

• Breakdown: The turn signals may be incorrectly positioned, reducing visibility. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
