Milewski previously served as CFO prior to SIRVA’s initial public offering in 2003. He succeeds Joan E. Ryan, senior vice president and chief financial officer, who resigned. Ryan will remain with the company in a consulting capacity. A search for a permanent CFO replacement is under way.
