The closure begins at 9 pm on September 13 and is expected to reopen 9 am on September 23.
Traffic will use eastbound I-55/70 to southbound I-255 as a detour.
Also, westbound I-55/70 will be closed for approximately two and half days beginning September 20, from IL 203 to the I-55/70/64, East St. Louis
This is scheduled from 9:00 pm, September 20 to 5:00 am, September 23.
ALL traffic will use southbound I-255 to westbound I-64 as a detour.
The reason for the closures is so that crews can reconstruct the ramps in this area and to resurface the existing lanes
