Ryder Opens New Facility in Milwaukee
Ryder System Inc., a global leader in transportation and supply chain management solutions, has announced the opening of a state-of-the-art service facility in Milwaukee, Wis.
Ryder System Inc., a global leader in transportation and supply chain management solutions, has announced the opening of a state-of-the-art service facility in Milwaukee, Wis.
From the facility, Ryder provides full service and finance lease, programmed maintenance, vehicle rental, dedicated contract carriage and logistics services.
The new Milwaukee North replaces and combines Ryder's former locations in the Mequon and Butler area. Built on eight acres and located at 9301 West Heather Ave., the facility services more than 40 Ryder customers.
From the facility, Ryder offers a diverse fleet of rental vehicles including panel vans, light- and heavy-duty straight trucks, tractors and trailers. The facility includes a highly automated "paperless" maintenance shop with three drive-through service bays, a two-lane computerized fuel service island and a wash bay.
