Roadway Express Inc. has been selected by Ryder System Inc. to receive the 2002 Ryder Carrier Quality Award.
The award presentation took place at the recent Carrier Quality Award and Carrier Appreciation event at the Links of Novi in Novi, Mich.
The award criteria include on-time service, claims performance, customer service, technological application, economic value and innovation in technology.
