Truckers will no longer be able to use parts of a highway near the Pentagon.
According to WJLA-TV in Washington, D.C., at the Department of Defense's request, trucks, tractor-trailers, and charter buses will no longer use portions of Route 110 north of Jefferson Davis Highway.
The restriction includes Route 110 northbound between I-395 and Route 27, which is Washington Boulevard, and Route 110 southbound between I-66 and I-395.
The restriction is in effect until further notice.
