Pilot Flying J acquired the Olsons Truck Stop in Inver Grove Heights, Minn., and will remodel the travel center with full amenities.
The travel center is located at 11650 Courthouse Blvd. along U.S. Highway 52/55 in Dakota County. It will remain open during remodeling, which is expected to be complete in May 2012.
The 7,500-square-foot travel center will feature four fuel islands, five diesel islands with diesel exhaust fluid at the pump and high-speed fuel pumps.
The location will include a Subway restaurant, which will reopen after the remodeling is complete; hot food deli; restrooms; pay phones; an AirVac; fax and copy services; Western Union and check cashing; an ATM; lottery and Lotto tickets; an arcade; laundry services, and general merchandise for professional drivers and highway travelers.
Professional drivers will have access to services such as a CAT scale, automated showers and 43 truck parking spaces. The Inver Grove Heights location also features driver services such as Transflo and Trip Pak.
