Omnitracs completed its $178 million acquisition of fleet management software company XRS, the company announced.
The company began the acquisition process in September.
Omnitracs acquired XRS to strengthen its own portfolio of fleet management software, the company said. In a feature in the October issue of Heavy Duty Trucking, Graham said of XRS “we like the people and we like the technology – we like what they’ve done in mobility.”
Combined, Omnitracs and XRS provide software to 30,000 customers.
