Qualified drivers can receive the same pay, benefits, vacation and bonus level as a driver who has driven for Millis for three years.
Millis says its Seniority Accelerator Program will enable a driver to change jobs yet maintain seniority with Millis Transfer.
“Many drivers are nervous when it comes to leaving their current company after a long period of time because they don’t want to lose the incentives they’ve gained through the years,” said Reid Ransom, director of human resources for Millis Transfer. “But now, experienced drivers need not to worry, because they have the comfort of knowing they’ll be well taken care of at Millis.”
Millis Transfer also offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
