Meritor announced that it is extending emergency and unit-down ordering hours at the Florence, Ky., and Brampton, Ontario, Canada distribution centers.

Hours are being extended at the Florence, Ky., and Brampton, Ontario, Canada distribution centers. Air-freight emergency and unit-down orders will now be accepted until 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Previously, the cut-off time was 3 p.m.
Additionally, daily hours for ground freight orders will be extended to 4:30 p.m. Emergency and unit-down orders can be placed by phone at 888-725-9355 in the U.S. and 800-387-3889 in Canada. Orders can also be placed online at meritorpartsonline.com
