Malone Freight Lines, Inc., has added terminals in Charleston, SC, and New Orleans, LA.
The Charleston terminal was added to help support Nucor, one of Malone's major customers that is currently on target to do $3 million in revenue for year 2000. It is located a few miles from the Nucor plant and will handle a large percentage of the shipper's freight.
Malone's new Louisiana terminal is located in Belle Chase, a suburb of New Orleans, and will offer new and expanded avenues for freight, and the availability of regional and shorthaul runs.
Malone is a division of CRST International, Inc., and has been in business since 1928.
