Mack Trucks
That’s why Mack Trucks has introduced the Mack Digital Driver Guide. This is a virtual owner’s manual designed to give drivers instant, chassis-specific information about their trucks.
The guide is available now via macktrucks.com and a new Mack Trucks Driver Guide mobile app for iOS and Android.
Chassis-Specific Vehicle Information at Drivers’ Fingertips
The platform allows drivers to enter the last six digits of their VIN to generate a customized guide tailored to their truck’s exact configuration.
Content is organized into five sections:
- Complete Guide
- Driving Tips
- Visual Navigation
- Get Started
- Videos
The guide covers everything from detailed operating instructions to quick training resources.
“The Mack Digital Driver Guide puts complete, truck-specific knowledge at a driver’s fingertips,” said David Galbraith, vice president of global brand and marketing at Mack Trucks, noting the shift away from traditional paper manuals.
Other features include keyword search for systems like braking, emissions, and infotainment; interactive visuals to identify components.
There are also model-specific training videos covering technologies such as adaptive cruise control, mDRIVE, and electronic parking brakes.
The guide launches with support for the Mack Pioneer and all-new Mack Anthem, with additional models to follow. It is available in English, Spanish, and Canadian French, including for export markets.
Mack said an in-cab version integrated into the truck’s infotainment system is expected in late Q3 2026, with over-the-air updates planned for earlier-built units.
According to Brandon Page, senior product manager for vehicle electrical and electronics, the tool is designed to match the increasing complexity of modern trucks while making it easier for drivers to access and use advanced features from day one.
