"Attribute it to confidence that consumer spending will remain high for the holiday season," said Michael Grant, market research analyst. "November postings should drop slightly, but will still be at excellent levels."
Idaho, Oregon, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, Illinois, Alabama and Washington were rated as "excellent" places for truckers to find loads.
