J.B. Hunt Transport, Lowell, AR, has rewarded 3,401 drivers with cash bonuses totaling $2.1 million for safe driving, delivering exemplary customer service and efficient fuel consumption.
The Top Twenty Program awards bonuses to drivers whose driving performance ranks in the top 20% among J.B. Hunt drivers within the same classification based in the same terminal.
In addition to the rewards program, the company also implemented a new pay plan that raised driver pay by an average of 33% for drivers with at least one year of over-the-road experience.
