Crete Carrier Signs Agreement to Offer PNV To Drivers

Crete Carrier Corp., Lincoln, NE, has signed an agreement with PNV Inc. to offer its drivers Park 'N View "in-cab" telecommunications, cable TV and Internet access.
The agreement provides for Crete Carrier, along with its affiliates (Shaffer Trucking, Sunflower Carriers, Hunt Transportation and HTL Truckline) to market PNV's services to its drivers and offer them the option of paying for the services through an automatic payroll deduction. Crete Carrier and its affiliates employ more than 4,500 truck drivers.
"By making it easier for our drivers to take advantage of PNV's services, we hope to further improve the quality of our drivers' lives," said Tonn Ostergard, president and CEO of Crete Carrier Corp.
Crete Carrier is one of the largest privately held truckload carriers in the United States with more than 4,500 tractors.
Park 'N View is available at more than 250 truckstops in 41 states.
