Featuring easy installation in minutes without wires and preconfigured to a telematics dashboard, the TempTracker kit also includes a 4G wireless gateway and long-range Bluetooth technology to minimize data latency and provide superior communication in signal-congested regions and industrial environments.
“The 4G Cooltrax TempTracker totally wireless kit delivers precise control of your cold chain inside an easy install and go package,” said Mike Sharpe, Cooltrax president. “This new kit truly revolutionizes cold chain temperature monitoring – delivering real-time temperature visibility and tracking through a broader coverage network and making it even easier to achieve and maintain FSMA compliance.”
Wireless Sensors
The Bluetooth-enabled sensors, which offer a 10-year battery life, are fully operational upon arrival for installation and offer instant connection through a local, next-gen wireless 4G gateway connection.

These wireless sensors monitor return air temperatures in virtually any single or multiple trailer zones, compartments, or cold chain asset configuration. Seamlessly transmitting data every 15 minutes to the application-configured, cloud-based Cooltrax Temp Tracker web portal, the sensors provide data for automated reporting and prompt failure notifications if temperatures fall out of acceptable ranges.
