CF Selling Off More Distribution Facilities on May 21

As part of the largest real estate sale in transportation history -- 220 total properties with an appraised value more than $400 million -- Consolidated Freightways announced it is selling a number of properties

As part of the largest real estate sale in transportation history -- 220 total properties with an appraised value more than $400 million -- Consolidated Freightways announced it is selling a number of properties
through an open auction process scheduled for May 21.
Those properties and contract price include:
-- The Evanston, Ill. distribution facility, located at 201 N. Congress Drive is a 40-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 4.19 acres. A contract price of $725,000 has been established for the CF property.
-- The Worcester, Mass. distribution facility, 340 Franklin St., is a 17-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 2.10 acres The contract price is $280,000.
-- The Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. distribution facility, 1901 Blount Road is a 30-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 4.68 acres. The contract price is $1,750,000.
-- The Erie, Pa. distribution facility, 1556 West 12th St. is a 20-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 6.19 acres. A contract price of $490,000 has been established.
-- The Phoenix, Ariz. distribution facility and its property in Flagstaff are available individually for sale .The Phoenix facility is a 121-door cross-dock distribution facility located at 4301 W. Mojave St. and is situated on 30 acres. A contract price of $6,237,000 has been established. The Flagstaff property is 4.73 acres located at 2600 East Huntington Drive with an established contract price of $400,000.
-- The Albany, N.Y. distribution facility, 845 Watervliet-Shaker Road, is a 31-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 6.44. A contract price of $725,000 has been established.
--The Idaho properties in Twin Falls and Pocatello are available. The Twin Falls property is a 16-door cross-dock distribution facility located at 211 Freightways St. and is situated on 3.55 acres. A contract price of $280,000 has been established. The Pocatello terminal is a 20-door cross-dock facility located at 866 W. Cedar St. and is situated on 4.12 acres. The contract price is $300,000.
-- The Hattiesburg, Miss. distribution facility located at 6 Blackwell Blvd. is an 8-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on two acres. A contract price of $105,000 has been established.
-- The Simi Valley, Calif. distribution facility located at 91 West Easy is an 18-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 4.68 acres. The contract price is $2,750,000.
-- Two properties are available in North Dakota: in Bismarck and Fargo. The Bismarck property is a 12-door cross-dock distribution facility located at 1700 Commerce Drive and is situated on 2.1 acres. A contract price of $194,000 has been established. The Fargo terminal is located at 601 24th St. North and is an 11-door cross-dock distribution facility situated on 2.2 acres. A contract price of $151,500 has been established for the property.
Interested parties who would like to participate in the May 21 bankruptcy auctions should submit the form Request to be Designated a Qualified Bidder at Auction. That form can be found at www.cfterminals.com/Overbidder.html and must be submitted prior to the date of the auction.
The indicated deposit must also be received, via wire or certified check, prior to the date of the auction.
To date, 68 CF properties throughout the U.S. have been sold for $176 million.
