Builders Transportation Increases Pay, Offering Sign-On Bonus
It has increased pay to 50 cents per mile or 29% of the freight revenue, for those with at least two years experience, according to a release, along with offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.

It has increased pay to 50 cents per mile or 29% of the freight revenue, for those with at least two years experience, according to a release, along with offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
The Tennessee-based fleet said it has regional areas of operation, keeping a driver within 300 to 500 miles of home, so truckers can be home every weekend.
Owner operators and lease operators earn 65% revenue of loads with a company trailer or 75% revenue of loads with the owner’s trailer, as well as 100% of fuel surcharge going to the owner, according to the company.
