FleetCor Technologies Inc. announced that it has acquired Mannatec Inc.
FleetCor provides commercial fleet card issuing and processing services under private-label and proprietary brand names, including Fuelman, FleetNet, CFN, and Mannatec.
Mannatec provides fleet card processing software services to more than 370 marketers who operate more than 4,500 fueling U.S. locations.
“Mannatec helps round out FleetCor’s family of fleet card solutions,” said FleetCor Chairman and CEO Ron Clarke. “We can now provide more choices to petroleum marketers who are interested in issuing their own proprietary fleet cards.”
With this acquisition, FleetCor now services more than 120,000 business fleets, directly and indirectly, representing approximately $4 billion dollars in annual purchases.
