Jacques Pelletier has saved money on Cat parts and service purchases through Caterpillar's Inside Track coupon program for a long time, but little did he know that using those coupons also would result in a $15,000 gift certificate
to the Bass Pro Shop.
Pelletier, of Montreal, was entered into the sweepstakes contest after purchasing Cat Racing Batteries, Cat Reman components and Cat Preventative Maintenance kits. Each time he used a coupon to purchase parts from the Kenworth dealer near his home, he received an entry into the sweepstakes.
Caterpillar's Inside Track program offers truck owners rebates on everything from electronic engine tune-ups to oil changes. Coupons are available at any participating Cat dealer, as well as truck dealers who sell Cat parts as part of the Caterpillar Genuine Network.
Eleven sweepstakes winners were drawn; 10 were awarded $1,000, with Pelletier winning the $15,000 grand prize gift certificate for use at the Bass Pro Shop.
