Software provider Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Bloomfield, Conn., has released version 3.4 of its Dispatch software.
The company says Dispatch 3.4 offers more than 40 enhancements to the previous version. The company outlined 15 additions in the trip entry category alone. They include:
Enhancements have also been added in the categories of billing/payment, rating, dispatch board, master files and reporting. According to Prophesy, data items have been added to all reports where possible and a significant number of new reports added. Dispatch 3.4 now offers 52 individual reports.
Prophesy Dispatch allows dispatchers to easily quote rates, book loads, and track driver check calls. The program features single point data entry so data flows throughout the system meaning less manual data entry.
Dispatch 3.4 runs on freestanding computers running Windows95, 98, 2000 or NT.

- When entering full truckload trips, the Pro number may be automatically made identical to the trip number.
- The status of trips can be reversed.
- Multiple duplicate trips can be created at the same time and in as an option, parts of the trips can be recalled as defaults.
