Users can view and track submitted warranty claims to see if they've been received and approved. In future phases of the site, users will be able to submit claims on-line. The site will also reduce the time it takes for Bendix customers to receive core reports, making them available on-line the day after they are generated by the company.
The site is divided into eight separate categories including fleets, distributors, dealers, bus OEs, trailer OEs, truck and engine OEs, and other, which contain targeted information specific to the audience.
Items available for download from the site include Service Data sheets, logos, product sell sheets, the Bendix Quick Reference Catalog, the Air Brake Handbook, standard warranty information and news releases.
