The travel site offers motorists customized driving routes, travel savings and more. Trip routing will soon be available through DriverNet kiosks, as well.
DriverNet kiosks are operating by TIMM Communications of Kansas City, MO. Participating truckstop chains include Petro, Pilot, TravelCenters of America, AMBEST, Williams TravelCenters (formerly MapCo), PTP and Travel Ports.
"This free service impacts literally every leisure and business traveler who wants the convenience of e-mail and information services while driving the highway system," says Don Welde, chief executive officer of TIMM.
