Roadrunner Freight has released a mobile application called Haul Now for its independent contractors.

Through the app, Roadrunner Freight will increase visibility of available loads within the network to allow proactive online booking and improve communication between dispatch and drivers.

Haul Now will also allow drivers to view documents, access historical dispatch and settlement information and obtain directions to service centers.

“This is a huge step in improving the transparency of our network and streamlining communication between Roadrunner Freight and our customers, independent contractors and partners,” said Frank Hurst, President of Roadrunner Freight. “Feedback from our ICs allowed us to customize this application and improve their experience when partnering with Roadrunner Freight. This application will have a tremendous impact for our drivers, beginning with increased mileage and reduced downtime.”
