The list recognizes 25 women for their abilities to influence change and innovation and set standards of excellence at U.S. companies with annual sales between $100 million and $3 billion.

The honorees were selected from a larger pool of nominees and evaluated based on annual revenue, number of employees, social media presence, and community involvement. It is the fourth year that McReynolds has made the list.

"It is truly an honor for me to be recognized for the fourth year," said McReynolds. "At ArcBest, we have a lot to offer our customers, and I am passionate about enabling our 13,000 employees to always find a way to meet their logistics needs and make it easy for them to do business with us."

McReynolds has been at ArcBest for 21 years and has a total of 28 years’ experience in the logistics and transportation industry. She is the chair of the American Transportation Research Institute board and a member of the American Trucking Associations board of directors and executive committee.

CEO Connection is a membership organization exclusively for mid-market CEOs. The 25 Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market will be recognized at the 2018 Mid-Market Convention held Sept. 23-25 in Philadelphia.
