Introduced by South Florida-based On-Site Analysis Inc., provider of automated fluids analysis equipment, the OSA4 CoolCheck captures data and compares it to known norms, identifying abnormal or severe coolant system conditions. The test data can be (thermal) printed or wirelessly transmitted to LubeTrak, On-Site Analysis' password protected, data-mining and storage tool.
The 5-inch-by-8-inch-by-10-inch unit, which includes a printer, identifies the type of coolant, boil point, freeze point, clarity, contamination level, Nitrite level, percent glycol/water mixture, color, and the percent Urea for DEF. The analyzer requires no installation, training, clean up, licensing fees, or maintenance.
The product is designed for fluid analysis in the automotive OEM/OES, light/heavy-duty truck/fleet plus the energy, mining and waste management markets, and is available at on-siteanalysis.com/coolcheck.
