Current CEO Blair Roberts will transition to serving as an executive coach to Summit’s management leadership team and organization, and will focus on driving operational improvements throughout Summit.
Fink will assume leadership responsibilities for all operations of the organization, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. He is a 13-year veteran of the industry with experience in dealership operations and OEMs. Over the past year as president, Fink has worked hard to establish a vision, mission, and values for Summit that will pay dividends in the future by laying the foundation for a high-performance culture focused on employee satisfaction, customer experience, and financial results.
Summit Truck Group was formed in early 2014 with the merger of Diamond Companies and Roberts Truck Center.
