Specifically engineered for the trucking and bus sector, this heavy-duty platform offers an automated 17-point inspection process.
Using the company's AI-powered drive-thru scanners, which it calls “the MRI for vehicles,” this new solution performs a complete 360-degree scan of heavy-duty vehicles in seconds. It can detect external or mechanical flaws and identify damages, modifications, or foreign objects under and around the vehicle.
Every inspection generates a shareable digital report with annotated images, creating a new level of clarity for fleet managers, drivers, and compliance officers.

UVeye said this technology transforms the inspection process for heavy-duty vehicles, enabling fleets to improve safety, streamline compliance, and minimize downtime.
The company's advanced drive-through systems can detect a wide range of issues, including:
Tires — wear, mismatched sets, and compliance issues
Underbody — leaks, cracks, rust, or hidden structural damages
Exterior — scratches, dents, and other hard-to-spot flaws
Already used by hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. for automotive inspections, UVeye's systems are also used by global companies such as Amazon, Hertz, and GM.
UVeye provides an end-to-end platform with integrated dashboards, actionable insights, and the ability to work with third-party systems.
