According to the company, it’s the first online heavy-duty parts catalog that seamlessly integrates with a shop management program.

She also introduced the “Job View” feature set, which enables shops to create professional, well-organized estimates and invoices while efficiently tracking profit margins for every job.

“We are excited to introduce powerful business management features like FinditParts and Job View that take our commercial vehicle software to the next level,” said Coffman.

“Our all-in-one solution for all makes of Class 4-8 vehicles dramatically simplifies repair processes and shop management tasks.

"It replaces manual tasks with automation and web-based information tools so shops can track business performance and connect with customers – all from one place – and get trucks back on the road faster.”

‘Job View’ Feature Makes for Clear, Organized Estimates & Invoices

The Job View feature enables shop professionals to logically group job-related labor, parts and notes into easy-to-read “containers.” This setup improves on-screen clarity and creates cleaner, more understandable documents for customers to facilitate faster approvals.

The feature also enables shops to keep deferred work organized and ready to sell for a customer’s next visit.

“The clearly organized documents improve the customer experience, facilitating transparent communications between the shop and vehicle owners about the work that needs to be done,” said Coffman.

“The shop owner can also quickly confirm the profitability of each individual job to ensure they meet performance goals.”
