Eaton Expands IntelliConnect Remote Diagnostic Capabilities

Eaton’s Mobility Group today announced the addition of Platform Science as a new telematics service provider for its IntelliConnect remote diagnostic technology for automated transmissions.
The company said this strategic integration will significantly expand the reach of IntelliConnect, meeting the growing demand from customers for enhanced diagnostic capabilities.
Data Integration for a Wider Range of Users
Platform Science Fleet Solutions will provide customer vehicle data to enable Eaton’s IntelliConnect solution.
IntelliConnect provides near real-time monitoring of vehicle fault codes, enabling fleets to effectively prioritize critical events.
Eaton said the system delivers accurate and comprehensive action plans from technical experts, reducing unplanned downtime and accelerating the diagnosis of necessary repairs.
